By downloading, accessing, or using Dressr (the "App") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a binding contract between you and the operator of Dressr.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dressr. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You authenticate using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your Apple account secure and for all activity that takes place under your Dressr account. You may not share your account with anyone or transfer it to another person.
Dressr offers an optional Dressr Pro subscription:
The annual subscription saves approximately 33 % compared to monthly billing.
Tokens are an in-app consumable used for AI-powered features (studio image generation and virtual try-on). One token equals one image generation. Token packs available as one-time purchases:
Active Pro subscribers receive a 20 % bonus on every token pack purchase (e.g. a Small pack credits 12 tokens instead of 10).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
The 7-day free trial applies to the annual plan only and is available once per Apple ID. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the annual subscription at the price displayed at sign-up. You may cancel any time during the trial without charge.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled exclusively under Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not issue refunds directly.
Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or refunded once used. Unused tokens do not expire while your account remains active but are forfeit upon account deletion.
Dressr's free tier includes a limited amount of functionality:
Pro subscribers have unlimited wardrobe items, unlimited outfits, 30 fresh monthly tokens, unlimited AI suggestions, and unlimited re-analysis. The exact limits applied to your account are returned by the app and may be adjusted from time to time; you will be notified in advance of any reductions to the free tier.
You retain all ownership of the photos and content you add to Dressr. By using the App you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transform, and display your content solely to provide the App's features to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
By uploading photos, you authorise us to send them to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, Replicate) for analysis and image generation. We instruct these providers not to use your photos to train their general-purpose models. We do not use your photos for any purpose other than providing Dressr's features.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the Delete Account option in You tab → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms. On termination, your right to use the App ends immediately and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated suggestions, garment classifications, and virtual try-on images are for inspiration only and may not be accurate or appropriate for every context.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Dressr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App in violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by email. Continued use of Dressr after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the App and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless your local consumer-protection laws grant you the right to bring claims in your local courts (in which case those local laws control).
